Privacy Notice

Waitlist: first name, optional last name, email address and the audience type you select. Lecturer applications: your contact details, professional background, areas of expertise and the CV you upload. Partner enquiries: your organisation, contact details and your message.

To contact you about ACBTS programmes, applications and launch updates, and to assess lecturer applications and partnership enquiries. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

We record the consent text and version you agreed to, together with the date of your submission.

Records are stored in an access-controlled database. Uploaded CVs are held in private storage that is never publicly accessible; authorised ACBTS reviewers open them through short-lived, individually audited links. Administrative access requires authentication and an explicitly granted role.

The ACBTS retention period for waitlist, application and enquiry records has not yet been formally approved. Until it is, records are retained only for as long as needed for the purposes above, and the system is built to support scheduled deletion once the policy is confirmed.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted. Contact ACBTS using the details in the site footer and we will action your request.
